This is planned to be a 2 hour featured topic session that will begin with the Lahiri-Cherniack lecture given by Dr. John West.   Dr. West will be allotted 45min total speaking time (including time to answer questions).  The remaining time of the featured topic will be distributed evenly among speakers selected from abstract submission.
