Regulation of Blood Flow in Health and Disease

Featured Topic — Monday, April 23, 2024 — 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM — Convention Center, Room 27
Cardiovascular Section — Chair: Vahagn Ohanyan — Co-Chair:

The Featured Topic is directed towards understanding the mechanisms of vascular regulation under physiological conditions and the how vascular pathology corrupts these controls. Many pathologies have major impacts on vascular control such as diabetes and hypertension, which are known to produce endothelial dysfunction; yet the precise mechanisms underlying these changes are largely unidentified. The goal of this session is to bring together abstracts that explore vascular regulation in health and disease.
